01Project work
For custom development, deposits, milestones and the treatment of work already delivered are set out in the written agreement for that project. If you cancel, you remain responsible for work completed and costs already incurred up to the date of cancellation, as the agreement describes.
If you are unhappy with delivered work, tell us in writing promptly. We will review it fairly against the agreed scope.
02Domain names
Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are fulfilled through registries and registrars. Registry fees are generally non-refundable once a name is registered, renewed or transferred. Any grace period offered by the relevant registry is described in the Domain Registration Terms and applies only where the registry provides one.
03Hosting
Hosting is billed for the period you choose. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period unless the Hosting Terms or your order state otherwise. Refund rights for unused time, if any, are stated at checkout for the plan you buy.
04Maintenance and support
Support agreements can be cancelled according to the notice period stated in the agreement. Work already carried out is billable.
05Errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error or twice, contact us and we will investigate and correct it, refunding the amount where it was not owed.
06How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, in the currency of the original order. We do not adjust a refund to reflect exchange rate movement after the order was created.
07How to ask
Write to support@aqviroxtechnologies.site with your order or invoice number and the reason. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
