01Purpose

03Resources and stability
You must not use resources in a way that harms other customers or the service. We may set reasonable limits and ask you to reduce excessive usage.
04Your content and users
You are responsible for content you or your users publish and for the security of your own applications, passwords and plugins.
05Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may remove content, restrict or suspend a service, or terminate it. Where practicable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; we may act immediately where there is a risk to security, to other customers or of legal harm.
