01Prices
Prices are shown before you pay and exclude any taxes unless they say otherwise. Catalogue prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated. You can choose another display currency; see Currency below.
02Currency
Where you select another currency, the AQVIROX server converts the price using the exchange rate it holds at the moment your order is created, and records that rate, the base currency and the date on the order and invoice. The amount you are charged is the amount on your order. It does not change if exchange rates move later, and a refund is calculated on the original order amount. Amounts shown in your currency before checkout are indicative until the order is created.
Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion or fees.
03Invoices
We issue an invoice for each order. Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may charge reasonable late-payment costs where the agreement provides for them, and may suspend services while an invoice is overdue.
04Payment methods
Online payment gateways are not yet connected on this website. Where a payment method is available, it is shown at checkout with any terms specific to it. Payments are processed by the payment provider, not stored by us.
05Taxes
You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchase unless we show them on your invoice.
06Disputes
If you dispute an invoice, tell us in writing within a reasonable time and pay any undisputed part. We will work with you to resolve it.
