01Our role
We arrange domain registrations through accredited registrars and registries. We do not control registry rules, availability or pricing set by registries, and a name is registered only when the registrar confirms it.
02Availability and price
Availability shown in our search comes from the registrar at the time of the search and can change before registration. A price is shown only when AQVIROX retail pricing is configured. A name marked premium is treated separately by the registry and may not be available through our online registration API.
03Accurate registrant details
You must give accurate and current registrant details and keep them up to date. Providing false details, or failing to respond to a verification request, can lead to suspension or cancellation of the domain by the registry.
04Registry and ICANN-style rules
Domains are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and, where they apply, dispute-resolution policies such as the UDRP for generic top-level domains. You agree to be bound by those policies for your domain.
05Ownership
You, or the organisation you name as registrant, are the registrant. We do not claim ownership of a domain you register through us.
06Term
A registration lasts for the period purchased. See the Domain Renewal & Transfer Terms for renewal, expiry and transfer.
07Restrictions
We may decline or cancel a registration that breaches the law, the Acceptable Use Policy or registry rules.
